It's included in the Merchant and Blacksmith and Whitesmith plans, starting at ฿590/month per company. The rest of the system can be used free on the Novice plan.
Which channels can I broadcast on?+
LINE OA and Facebook Messenger. Instagram isn't supported yet (in development)
What are the conditions for sending via Messenger?+
You can only send to people who opted in to marketing messages on your Page's Messenger. You must link an ad account and set the Page's budget first, because Meta charges per message, and each person can receive at most 1 message per 12 hours. LINE OA can reach all your followers, within your OA's message quota
Can I send to specific segments only?+
Yes. Choose by tag, customer tier or purchase history
How do I know if a broadcast worked?+
The system shows how many it reached, how many replied, and purchases within 7 days of sending
