This English version is a translation provided for convenience only. The Thai version is the legally binding version and prevails if there is any difference between the two.
1. What this service is
AooCommerce is an online sales management system for merchants. It brings orders, products, stock and documents from multiple sales channels together in one place, and supports connections with TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada and chat channels.
2. Accounts and use
- You must provide accurate information when you sign up, and you are responsible for keeping your account secure
- You are responsible for all actions taken under your account, including those of users you invite
- You may not use the service for unlawful purposes, or in breach of the terms of the platforms you connect
3. Connecting third-party platforms
When you connect a shop or account from a third-party platform, you allow us to access only the data necessary under the permissions (scopes) you approve, solely to carry out the tasks you request — such as retrieving orders, adjusting stock, or displaying the shop's name and profile picture.
You can revoke access at any time, both from the settings page in our system and from that platform's own permissions page.
Your use of third-party platforms is also subject to the terms of those platforms. We are not responsible for changes to the policies or limits of third-party platforms, or for those platforms discontinuing their services.
4. Your data
Business data that you import or create in the system remains yours. We process it to provide the service as you instruct. Details of how we collect and use data, including how long images and files in chat are kept, are set out in our Privacy Policy.
5. Fees
Plans and service fees are as shown in the system at the time you sign up. Changes to fees will be announced reasonably in advance before they take effect.
Newly registered companies may try the designated plan for the period shown in the system at the time of sign-up, once per company. If the trial ends without payment, the account automatically switches to the free plan.
If you move to a plan that allows fewer connected shops than you currently have connected, the extra shops will be paused, and the account owner can choose which shops stay active.
6. Suspension and termination
You can stop using the service at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms, break the law, or cause harm to the system, and will explain the reason where possible.
For free-plan accounts with no sign-in activity for 90 consecutive days, the system disconnects all sales channels and chat channels. Saved data remains, and you can reconnect when you return.
7. Limitation of liability
We provide the service on an "as is" basis and make every effort to keep the system working correctly and continuously, but we do not guarantee that it will be free of errors or interruptions — particularly in parts that depend on third-party platforms outside our control.
Our liability for any damages is limited to no more than the service fees you paid in the most recent 3 months.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be announced in advance. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new version of the terms.
